2. Client Responsibilities

- Maintain copies of your records
You acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of your tax return.
3. Fees & Payment

- Pricing will be disclosed and agreed upon before completion or filing
- Payment is required prior to filing unless otherwise agreed in writing
All fees are governed by our Refund & Service Policy and are generally non-refundable once services have been performed.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Refund Doc Solutions does not guarantee:
- Specific refund amounts
- Reduction of tax liability
- Speed of IRS or state processing
- Successful outcomes in tax resolution cases
All determinations are made by the applicable tax authorities.
5. Authorization to File & Act
By approving your return or engaging our services, you:
- Authorize us to prepare and electronically file your tax return (if applicable)
- May authorize us to communicate with tax authorities on your behalf when required documentation is provided
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Refund Doc Solutions shall not be liable for penalties, interest, or damages arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Refund Doc Solutions and Revilo Tax Services LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from:
- Your misuse of services
- Your failure to provide accurate or complete information
8. Record Retention
We may retain copies of your records as required by law or internal policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of all submitted and filed documents.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, used, and protected.
